1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sodaviper platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

sodaviper reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sodaviper may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of sodaviper's gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one sodaviper account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the sodaviper platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically received within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
sodaviper offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's specific terms and conditions.

- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
- Modification and Withdrawal: sodaviper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play

- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent sodaviper from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
